Contingency Search

With Kishurim's contingency-based service, clients benefit from Kishurim's large database and pool of qualified candidates developed over eighteen years of comprehensive and effective personnel searches.

In a contingency search, there is no commitment on Kishurim's part to conduct a proactive thorough search process. If a candidate, introduced on a contingency basis by Kishurim, is hired by the organization, a three-month free trial period is granted in order to ensure that the selected candidate meets the position's requirements. At the end of the trial period clients are billed, in most cases, a one-time fee of the employee's gross monthly salary, plus VAT.
