Exclusive Retained Search

Organizations find it in their interest to engage Kishurim on an exclusive retained basis. Under this arrangement, Kishurim implements its ten step recruitment strategy.

In this type of search Kishurim works with the search committees and/or organizational management in the pre-search stage and helps them define and profile the optimal candidate. Kishurim then plans a customized search strategy and implementation process. In a retained search, Kishurim ensures that a proactive network targeted search will be conducted, that all candidacies submitted for the position are thoroughly reviewed and that the position will be filled with a suitable and qualified candidate.

Exclusive retained searches incur a fixed fee, the payment schedule being 50% upon retention of Kishurim and the final 50% upon the recruitment of the suitable candidate.
