Kishurim - Executive Recruitment LTD is directed by Elisheva Sompolinsky, Founder and Managing Director of the company.  For over eighteen years, Ms. Sompolinsky has placed capable individuals in senior management positions in nonprofit organizations, as well as in the corporate sector.  Based on this track record, she has been invited by prestigious academic institutions to lead recruitment workshops for graduating students entering the workforce.

Ms. Sompolinsky brings her professional experience in the field of education in both Israel and the US to the nonprofit human resource industry. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Humanities from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she also studied Marketing and Business Administration.

Born in the USA, Ms. Sompolinsky has resided in Israel for over forty years and maintains residence in both Jerusalem and Cambridge, Massachusetts, continuing professional activities in both locations.
