Kishurim - Executive Recruitment LTD. is headed by Elisheva Sompolinsky, Founder and Managing Director of the company.

For over fifteen years, Ms. Sompolinsky has placed hundreds of capable individuals in senior management positions in not-for-profit organizations. These include director generals, administrative directors, financial officers, deans of students, development associates, and public relations executives, among many others.

Ms. Sompolinsky has been invited by prestigious academic institutions to lead recruitment workshops for graduating students entering the workforce. She is an annual participant at the Israeli Human Resources Conference, where she shares the latest developments in the field of human resources with her colleagues.

Ms. Sompolinsky, who is bilingual and bicultural, has first-hand knowledge of the personnel needs of the Jewish educational system in Israel and the US, having studied and taught Judaic Studies in both countries. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Humanities from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she also studied Marketing and Business Administration.

She has been a resident of Israel for over 35 years, and as a dedicated community activist for social causes is well acquainted with philanthropic needs. She presently resides in Jerusalem, where she lives with her husband, a neuroscientist, and their five children.
